History
Owner Mark Jackson started out installing cabinets, for production builders. He did this for about 15 years, then decide to gain more experience in designing and building cabinets. So he went to work in a cabinetry shop, for over 5 years he worked with Ron Oswald learning more about the craft he loves. Over the years he began to realize the biggest problem customers have is installation problems, usually due to miscommunication.Mark wanted to offer customers not only great cabinets, but a smooth overall experience. Having been an extraordinary installer for so many years, an experienced craftsman, and a excellent communicator he decided to start his own business. Mark chose the name Longleaf Designs due to his love for the wood species; heart pine, also known as Long Leaf Pine. Longleaf Designs has been in business for over 8 years now and owner Mark Jackson has over 20 years experience in the industry.
